About our Staff:
Brad R. Lodge, PLS #2057 is the owner and principal of Middle Branch. LLC. Professional Land Surveyors. Brad has a degree in Forestry Management from the University of Maine and has been a licensed professional surveyor since 1993. Brad is a former partner of Nadeau & Lodge Professional Land Surveyors of Portland and Lyman/Alfred. Brad lives in Lyman with his wife Lori and their children Emily and Gregory, and their dogs “PB” & “Patches”. Brad enjoys many sports and is an outdoor and hunting & fishing enthusiast.
Steven C. Horne, PLS #2389, has been with Middle Branch since Brad and his partner took ownership in 1996. Steve has been involved in surveying since he was a teenager, as his father was a land surveyor for the James W. Sewall Company in Old Town, Maine. Steve became a licensed professional land surveyor in 2006 after 20 years of “on the job training”. Steve lives in Sanford and is also an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and four wheeling.
David Watson has been surveying for 8 years and comes from a diverse background including industrial building construction, outfitting, guiding and canoeing. Dave lives in Lebanon with his wife Kendra and their daughter Erin. Dave enjoys the outdoors and plans annual canoe and motorcycle trips with his friends and family.
David Packard, LSIT has been with Middle Branch or Nadeau and Lodge for over ten years. Dave’s main focus is Mortgage Loan Inspections. Dave’s work ethic and professional approach allows Middle Branch LLC, to be among the best in southern Maine in providing these services. David is an accomplished musician and songwriter and can be found on the weekends jamming with his band the “Road Scholars”. Dave lives in Lyman with his wife Sue and their black lab, “Waylon”.
Emily Lodge, Part Time Office Manager. Emily helps her dad with many daily and monthly office chores when she’s not busy with her school work or sports teams. Emily is an honor student and is on the soccer and lacrosse teams at Massabesic High School as well as premier soccer and lacrosse teams that travel throughout New England. Her studies are aimed at a career in sports management.
