Brad is the owner and principal of Middle Branch, LLC. Professional Land Surveyors. Brad has a degree in Forestry Management from the University of Maine and has been a Licensed Professional Surveyor since 1993. Brad is a former partner of Nadeau & Lodge Professional Land Surveyors of Portland and Lyman/Alfred. Brad lives in Lyman with his wife Lori and their children Emily and Gregory, and their dogs “PB” & “Patches”. Brad enjoys many sports, is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys hunting & fishing.
David L. Watson,
Survey Technician,
David (DW) has been surveying for 14 years and comes from a diverse background including industrial building construction, outfitting, guiding and canoeing. Dave lives in Lebanon and enjoys the outdoors and plans annual canoe and motorcycle trips with his friends and family.
David P. Packard,
Maine Land Surveyor In Training #2193
David (Packy) has been with Middle Branch and/or Nadeau and Lodge since 1996. Dave’s main focus is Mortgage Loan Inspections. Dave’s work ethic and professional approach allows Middle Branch LLC, to be among the best in southern Maine in providing these services. Dave lives in Lyman with his wife Sue and their black lab, “Waylon”.
Emily E. Lodge,
Part Time Office Manager
Emily (Em) helps her dad with many daily and monthly office chores when she’s home from college. Emily is an honor student, and is a member of the soccer and lacrosse teams at Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hampshire. She also plays for premier soccer and lacrosse teams that travel throughout New England. Her studies are aimed at a career in physical therapy.
